Ingredients:

2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 cup green onions , finely chopped

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together (can use a food processor or blender). Put into a jar, cover tightly, and store in the refrigerator for several hours before using.
