Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 cups fresh peach slices
  • 3 tbsp. powdered sweetener
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Add peaches to melted butter. Mix together the sweetener, flour, milk and baking powder. Pour over peaches but DO NOT STIR. Bake at 375 until golden brown.

Serves 5

Exchange: 1 bread, 1 fruit, 2 fats; each 1/2 cup serving
