Brown Sugar Brownies (Blondies) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine (or butter), melted
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts (or other mix-ins) (optional)

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Bake in 9 inch square pan that you have sprayed well with Pam at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
3. Cool before cutting.
