Crock Pot Boneless Pork Loin Roast Recipe

  American Pork

Ingredients:
Whole Boneless Pork Loin Roast
Salt,Black Pepper,Garlic Powder, to your taste,
2 cups water

Directions:
Place Pork Loin Roast into Crock Pot,
Pour water over Roast,
Sprinkle or shake on the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, according to your own taste. I go heavy on the black pepper and garlic powder. Do not use Garlic Salt.
Put top on Crock Pot. For the first hour, cook on high, turn down to low and cook all night. It needs to cook at least 8-9 hours in crockpot. Take out of crock pot, let cool, pull apart for bar-b-que sandwiches, or slice for entree of meal. This is super easy and cooks by itself.

All my guest have just raved about the taste, and how moist the meat is. This is great for 4th of July for a lot of people. This will feed a big crowd.
