Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups medium noodles
7 ounces tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 1/2 ounces canned cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded american cheese

Directions:
Cook noodles using package direction; drain. Combine noodles,tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, green pepper, pimiento and salt. Blend cream of celery soup and milk and heat through. Add cheese and stir uuntil the cheese melts. Add to moodle mixture. Turn into a 2 qt casserole. If desired, top with 1/2 cup toasted almonds. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 4 - 6 depending on what else you serve with it.
Have substituted cooked chopped chicken breast or canned chicken breast for the tuna. Also I always add more onion. Can be made up ahead of time and just microwaved on high for 20 minutes as well.
