Tuna & Rice Casserole Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna packed in water
1 cup of dried rice 3 cups water 1 tin of mushroom soup 1 soup tin of milk 1 c of sharp cheddar cheese salt to taste tabasco to taste
Directions:
Cook the rice in the water. Add the mushroom soup and milk, half the cheese, and tabasco and salt if needed. Place in a greased large overproof dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the mixture and cook at 350 deg. F. for half an hour. |
