Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • 3/4 cup orange juice

Directions

1. Place mango, yogurt, and ice in blender and puree until smooth; add orange juice and blend until mixed.
2. Pour into glasses and serve.
