Ingredients

  • American cut Pork Ribs
  • Soy Sauce/water/BBQ sauce/sweet chilli sauce/Worstershire sauce/sesame seeds

Directions

Cut ribs.Simmer in 3/4 water to 1/4 soy sauce - to just cover ribs. Simmer until ribs are very soft and almost falling off the bone (about 1 hour). Mix BBQ sauce, Worst sauce, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and water together to taste, but it should still be slightly thick. Start by making a small batch and build it up to the quantity required, which should be enough to cover ribs. Oven cook ribs in sauce for 1/2 hr. Remove ribs, Reduce sauce and coat ribs to glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds prior to serving.



No quantities are mentioned because I usually just make this up judging by quantity of ribs to cook, and experience with this recipe. It's very easy once you have cooked it once or twice. It's very easy the first time, just let your taste guide you. The BBQ sauce and Sweet chilli sauce have a bit of sugar in them, so this may not be suitable for your requirements, sorry about that, but it is sugar that adds the stickiness to most pork bastes/glazes, and the flavor. Omit the sweet chilli sauce, and this should have little sugar in it.
