Ingredients

  • (NOTE - I haven't tried this recipe)
  • 2 Eggs; beaten
  • 2/3 c Butter or Margarine; melted
  • 1 c Pecans; chopped
  • 1/2 c Flour
  • 1 c Brown Sugar; packed

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and pecans.
Set aside.
In another medium sized bowl, combine butter and eggs; stir in flour mixture.
Fill greased and floured miniature muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins test done.
Remove muffins from tins immediately and cool on wire racks.

Yield: 30 Muffins
