The veal will make these meatballs very tender and moist.


  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground veal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic


Finely chop fresh parsley and rip bread slices into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with hands. Form meatballs and drop into tomato sauce. Do not mix sauce for 15 minutes. Cook tomato sauce for 2-3 hours.
