Ingredients
- As many hashbrowns as you want in a bowl. 1 container of (medium size) sour cream--regular or fat free tastes the same. 1/4 c. olive oil. 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder if you have it.
Directions
Mix potatoes in a bowl with the above ingredients, adding more sour cream if it is not a little creamy. Bake in a baking dish sprayed with PAM until it's bubbly--about 45 minutes or so. You can use any kind of hash browns--grated or cubed, fresh or frozen. This is great re-heated in the oven or microwave. Easy and cheap too! You can put in fresh chopped onions if you family likes it instead of the onion powder.
