4 Rock Cornish hens, washed
stuffing (following)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. Rose wine
Cherry Rose Sauce (following)

Directions:

4 Rock Cornish hens, washed
stuffing (following)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. Rose wine
Cherry Rose Sauce (following)

Cherry Stuffing: 3 c. dry seasoned bread cubes 1 c. canned sour red cherries, drained 3 Tbsp. melted butter 1/2 c. warm water Toss all ingredients together. Cherry Rose Sauce: 1 (10 oz.) jar whole cherries 1 jar preserves 1/4 c. Rose wine 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Heat together until preserves and cinnamon are melted.
