Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup Flour
3 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup margarine
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 tsp. splenda
4 cups grated apple
1 cup walnuts

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients; add butter, eggs, Splenda
and blend well.
Stir in grated apples and nuts.
Bake in well-greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees,
40-50 minutes.
