| Ingredients:
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 cloves garlic 2 Tbs. packed brown sugar 1 Tbs. orange juice 1 Tbs. molasses 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper rice
Directions:
Spray 10-in. skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork and garlic in skillet 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until pork is light brown and slightly pink in center. Drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until mixture thickens and coats pork. Serve over rice. |
