Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • Capers to garnish

Directions

Pound chicken breasts until suitably flattened. Dredge through flour and brown on both sides in a saute pan. Remove from pan, then add lemon juice and chicken stock. Reduce the liquid, then either pour over chicken or return chicken to pan and warm until ready. Garnish with capers.
