Easy Apple Crisp Recipe

Peel and slice as many apples as you would like to fill a baking dish. Sprinkle with one box of Jiffy yellow cake mix. Melt one stick of butter and pour over. Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon sugar and bake until apples are tender (at 350 degrees, it takes about 25 minutes or so) and the top is golden brown. This is delicious with ice cream on top.
