mushrooms chicken mushrooms Recipe

dip chicken in beer batter mix and then deep fry chicken till cooked through.
Saute sliced mushrooms till tender.
dip whole mushrooms in beer batter and deep fry till mushrooms are tender.
place chicken breast on oven safe platter and top with satued mushrooms then cheese and place under broiler till cheese is melted.
Serve with horseradish sauce.

This is (or was) my all time favorite dish anywhere. I was mad when they did away with it this past March and I asked an employee how they did this dish and the above was what she explained to me. Sorry I can't be more in depth - but this is a starting point.
I have made it this way - not the same thing but a close 2nd.
The above amounts depend on how many people and how much you want to prepare.
