Onion-Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
2 pounds all-purpose potatoes(red or white), cut into chunks
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss well in bowl until evenly coated.
In 13X9 inch baking pan, arrange potatoes; discard bag.
Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown
Makes about 4 servings
