Ingredients:

  • 1/2lb cooked noodles
  • 6 eggs separated
  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tblspns sour cream
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
melt 1/4 butter in noodles.beat egg whites. beat yolks and sugar,then add cheeses and sour cream to yolks and sugar. fold into noodles and egg whites. top with mixture of graham cracker crumbs,1 stick butter and 1/2 cup sugar. bake @350 for 1 hour in 13x9 pyrex.

very rich, but can be made with low fat cheeses. I never tried fat free.


This is delicious and sweet. always gets many compliments!!!
