Ingredients:

  • 1 pint mayonnaise (2 cups)
  • 1 pint sour cream (2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled (8 ounces)

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill for at least 4 hours.
3. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.
4. Can be used as a salad dressing also.
