This is not the most gourmet of recipes but it is easy, foolproof and the ribs are great!
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5lbs baby back ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1(14 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 (12 ounce) bottle Kraft horseradish sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Spread the onion slices in a large baking pan. Sprinkle both sides of the ribs with salt and pepper and arrangeon top of the the onion. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for two hours. Combine the chili sauce, brown sugar, horseradish sauce,and worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix well. Spread over the ribs and bake uncovered for one hour longer.
