Ingredients
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup madeira or other red wine
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- juice of 2 lemons or limes
- 1 jalapeno chopped (very important)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2-4 pork tenderloins
Directions
Mix all ingredients and marinate 2-4 pork tenderloins which have been cleaned of fat. Marinate overnight. Grill or bake. Cool and slice, can be served room temperature with small rolls.
