Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 4 oz. soy sauce
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes
  • 3/8 cup lowfat chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup white wine or Sherry
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons molasses

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate overnight.Bake at 3257, basting frequently for one hour or until well browned. If you double the recipe, make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.
