  • egg whites, sugar, edible flowers with stems

Directions

beat the egg whites until frothy and paint each flower with the egg whites, making sure to cover all surfaces. Sprinkle the flower with the sugar and place on waxed paper to dry. Will keep for quite some time in an airtight container
