Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes, grated
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 3 stalk celery grated
  • 3 jumbo eggs, beaten in a blender
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup matzoh meal
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste

Directions

1. Put the eggs in a large bowl. Add potatoes, onion, celery, oil, salt and pepper into the egg mixture.

2. Add the matzah meal slowly. The kugel mixture should be gloppy. If it's a little more watery than seems right, it is perfect.

3. Put the mixture into a 9 x 12 rectangular dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. Add paprika on the top.
