Teresa's Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Preheat oven to 350. Place the chicken in a baking dish. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle the cheeses over the chicken. Cover with tin foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove the tin foil for the last 8 minutes. Serves 4.

**If using store bought spaghetti sauce, season with a tblsp. each garlic powder, basil, oregano, and brown sugar.

Comment: I vary the spaghetti sauce used from time to time. Sometimes I'm in the mood to spend hours in the kitchen making a complex sauce (just experimenting or trying a new recipe), and other times I just want to grab a can of spaghetti sauce and be done with it! But I always find that the canned sauce makes the recipe a little bland unless you spice it up some.
