Ingredients

  • 1 bunch scallions (green onions), including green part, chopped fine
  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight so that the flavors can blend together and ripen.

Makes about 2 cups.
