Ingredients

  • 1lb chicken cut in strips, one package Lawry's Fajita Mix, shredded cheese, sauteed onion, shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole

Directions

Brown chicken. Mix fajita seasoning with aoubt 1/2c water. Add to chicken. Cook until water is evaporated. Serve on flour tortilla shells with your choice of fixings. Takes about 15 minutes to cook. Serve with canned refried beans (warm in oven with diced onion and cheese on top) package of Lipton's Spanish rice. For guacamole I use one ripe avacodo mashed with Pace Picante Sauce.
