| Ingredients:
Whole Beef Brisket, well-trimmed
3 cloves garlic medium onion, sliced thin 1/4 cup liquid smoke 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Put all ingredients in glass dish. Let marinade for 12 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Wrap meat tightly in heavy foil with some of the marinade. Cook 7 - 8 hours. Remove from oven and let cool. Chop meat and put into bowl; add your favorite barbecue sauce. |
