Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
 - 4 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
 - 2 tbsp. chili powder
 
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir well.  Marinate steaks in a food-safe plastic bag or non-reactive glass bowl in the refrigerator for at least four, and no longer than twenty-four hours.  Grill or broil steak to desired doneness. 
 
 Makes about 1 1/3 cup marinade
