Ingredients:

1 cup shredded roast chicken
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 (9-inch) flour tortillas, heated
Salsa and guacamole (optional)

Directions:

Combine chicken, cheese, and dressing in a medium bowl. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla; fold in half to seal. Place quesadillas on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F. for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with salsa and guacamole, if desired.
