Ingredients

  • 4 Pre Baked Potatoes (left overs from the night before.)
  • 1/2 cup grated chedder cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup green onion or chives (chopped)
  • 2 cups buttermilk dressing or ranch
  • oil (for deep frying)

Directions

Cut potatoes in half (length wise).Hollow out center leaving some meat in the skins.Deep fry skins until light brown.Place cheese,bacon, and onions in skins.Place in an oven or under heat lamp until cheese is melted.Serve with dressing.Give them a dip and your taste buds will explode.ENJOY!!!!
