Ingredients:

1 banana, 1 can fruit cocktail, 1/2 cup pina colada yogurt, can of concentrate tropical fruit punch, ice.

Directions:

dump fruit and yogurt into blender. Add fruit juice concentrate (enough to cover fruit by 2 inches) add ice to top of juice. Blend until smooth.
