Roquefort dressing Recipe

3 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp Onion, minced
1 small Garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Dash Pepper

Yield: 1 cup

Combine cheese, onion, and garlic in a small mixing bowl; mix on low speed of electric mixer 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; beat mixture 2 mintues or until smooth.
Chill.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups
