| Ingredients:
1 cup Roquefort (or Blue) cheese
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp Lemon juice 2/3 cup Salad oil 2 tbsp Vinegar
Directions:
Yield: 4 servings Mash cheese with a little oil. Add worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of oil. Shake well until creamy. |
