Ingredients:

1/4 cup respberry vinegar
1TBS dijon mustard
1 TBS garlic salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp sugar
4 sprigs basil
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

On a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients except the oil and mix together well. While the blender is running, drizzle the oil. Chill until ready to serve.

I found a bottle dressing that is also very good. It's called "Ken's Steakhouse Dressing" and it's the raspberry walnut viniagrette. I have only been able to find "LITE" but it tastes very good.
