Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Creole mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

1. Cut the tenderloin into 8 slices. Flatten each slightly, then rub in lemon pepper. Dredge in flour to coat both sides.

2. Heat butter in a skillet. Cook pork until nicely browned on each side (about 3 to 4 minutes.) Remove to serving platter and keep warm.

3. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire and mustard to skillet. Stirring constantly, cook until sauce is well heated. Pour over pork and serve.
