Ingredients
- 3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed (white
- seems best)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 stick margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
Mix well. Turn into 3 quart casserole dish. Mix topping until crumbly, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serves 6.
