Ingredients

  • 3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed (white
  • seems best)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

Mix well. Turn into 3 quart casserole dish. Mix topping until crumbly, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.


Serves 6.
