  • Horseradish Root
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sour Cream

Directions

This is just a very basic recipe for fresh horseradish.
Peel the horseradish root and cut into chunks. Put in blender and puree until very fine consistency (careful when you open the lid as the smell is very strong!) Next add vinegar, salt and sour cream until desired consistency and flavor is reached. Chill and serve. Be ware only a little root is needed to make quite a bit(buy the smallest root you can). I always end up with left over root. Keep refrigerated.
