Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup roasted garlic, pureed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • pinch of salt

Directions

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, incorporating each one. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl several times. Pour into cake pan and bake for one hour at 350F or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve with your favorite condiment.
