Ingredients:

4 Chicken Breasts
2 Cups flour
1 Pkg. shake & bake for chicken(don't be scared
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
Either homemade spaghetti sauce or your favorite jarred version
Parmesean Cheese
1 Cup Mozzerella Cheese
1 Lb. Cooked Pasta of choice

Directions:

Flatten chicken with meat mallet till approx. 1/2 in. to 3/4 in. thick. sprinkle chicken with 3/4 cup of flour. Dip chicken in beaten eggs. Mix remainder of flour with shake and bake. Dip chicken in the mixture, set aside. Melt butter in baking dish approx. 13 x 9 in oven. Place chicken
in pan and cook in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 mins. until lightly golden brown. Put Mozz. cheese on top and broil for 4 min. Put chicken over top of pasta, and sprinkle with parm. cheese.
