Directions:
Dissolve yeast in bowl with water and sugar. Let stand 5-10 minutes or until foamy. In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in olive oil and yeast to make soft dough. Knead on floured surface about 5 minutes. Grease bowl; place dough in bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise in warm place 40 minutes or until doubled in size. Punch down dough. Divide into 4 pieces. Roll dough into 5' diameter circles. top with ham and cheese, add spices and drizzle of olive oil. fold in half and crimp edges. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.
