Ingredients

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 3 seedless oranges, sectioned and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
  • sweetener equal to 1 cup of sugar

Directions

Grind cranberries. A hand nut mill works great for this and it also is perfect for the nuts. Add orange section pieces and the juice of the oranges. Add nuts and sugar. Depending on family taste, coconut may also be added. Refridgerate overnight. Delicious with meatless nut or lentil loaves and dressing for holiday fare.


1 serving is about 1/4 cup.
