Cucumbers in "Sour" Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
3 med. cucumbers, peeled & thinly sliced

Directions:

In a blender, process the cottage cheese, onion, yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise and sugar until smooth and creamy. Pour over cucumbers and mix well. Serve chilled.

This doesn't really yield itself as an appetizer but you may like it.
