Chocolate waffles Recipe

1-1/2 c Flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/3 c cocoa
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 ts Salt
2 Egg yolks, beaten slightly
1 3/4 c Milk
1/2 c Cooking oil
2 Egg whites, beaten fluffy

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cocoa, sugar, and salt. In another bowl beat egg yolks lightly. Add milk and oil and beat until mixed. Add yolk mixture to flour mixture all at once. Stir just until combined. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into flour mixture. DO NOT OVER MIX!
Pour 1/2 cup mixture into preheated waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. When done lift waffle out of maker with a fork.
