Ingredients:

4 eggs, separated
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk

Directions:

Beat egg yolks until very light. Add Vanilla and butter. Combine flour and salt and add with milk to egg mixture. Beat well. Beat egg whites until very stiff and very gently fold into batter.

Bake in a Belgian waffle iron.I use Pam spray to prevent sticking. These are often served with strawberries and powdered sugar. An unusual and very rich treat.Makes 4
