Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Soy oil
  • 2 tb White vinegar
  • 1 tb Tomato paste
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 1 tb MSG (optional)
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Ground ginger
  • 1/2 c Sliced celery
  • 1/4 c Coarsely chopped onion

Directions

Combine oil, vinegar, tomato paste, soy sauce, MSG, salt, ginger, celery and onion in blender container and blend at medium speed 3 to 4 seconds until celery is finely grated.


Makes 1-1/4 cups
