Chill or eat right away with large tortilla chips. The salsa tastes better if not too cold. This salsa is very colorful and makes a great topping for grilled salmon!!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 large mangos
  • 1 large tomato (peeled)
  • 1 med size red onion
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • hot sauce

Directions

I buy the mangos in the jar at Costco or Sam's club. It is a LOT easier. Dice the mangos, tomatoes, onion and cilantro into small pieces (1/4"). The mango to tomato volume should be 2 or 3 :1 Add tomato or mango as needed. Mix gently and then squeeze the lime juice in. Add 2-3 dashes of your favorite hot sauce and mix again.
