• Salad:
  • 9 cups mixed salad greens, torn
  • 2 apples, large
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar


1. Prepare Cinnamon-Apple Cider Dressing.
2. Quarter apples and remove cores. Cut into very thin slices.
3. Combine lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl. Add apple slices and toss gently until well coated. Add salad greens and Cinnamon-Apple Cider Dressing.
4. Toss well.

Cinnamon-Apple Cider Dressing:
2 cups apple cider
1/2 cup Cinnamon-Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. corn or canola oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
dash ground allspice

1. Combine and shake well before serving.
